Papaya and Avocado Salad

Papaya and Avocado salad


25g of Kale
1/2 a Bell Pepper
1/2 an Avocado
1/4 of a Papaya
25g of Mixed coloured Almond nuts.

Remove the seeds from the Papaya and Avocado. Chop up the Avocado, Bell Peppers, Papaya and Kale. Put the chopped up ingredients in the bowl and toss. Grate the Almonds over the salad mixture.

There you have it, a delicious vegan salad packed with a lot of vitamins, healthy fats and nutrition.

No animals were harmed during the making of this food.
