Vanilly Vegan cupcake recipe's

If your sweet tooth is anything like mine then i'm certain that you enjoy a good cupcake. Being a vegan doesn't mean giving away your favourite treats but instead finding ways to make them cruelty free.

Dry ingredients :
170g Plain flour
150g Sugar
1tsp Baking powder
1tsp Baking soda
a pinch of salt

Wet ingredients:
250ml Dairy free milk
1tsp Vanilla extract
110g Butter

Icing:
220g Icing sugar
110g Butter
1tsp of Dairy free milk
Sprinkles or sweets.
 

step 1
Beat the butter and sugar till white before adding the vanilla extract , and dairy free milk.

Add the plain flour, baking powder, soda and salt to another bowl and mix throughly.

Make a hole in the middle of the dry ingredient mixture before adding the wet ingredients . Mix throughly.

Place the better in 12 cup cake cases and bake for 20 - 25 minutes at 350degrees aka gas mark 4.

Once done leave on a rack to cool and start preparing icing mixture.

Beat butter and icing sugar till smooth and add the splash of dairy free milk. Add 1tsp of vanilla extract at your choice.

Carefully spread icing on cooled cupcakes with a spoon then top with sprinkles or whatever sweets you want.
